Hmmm well for the scrolling site navigation, I’ve never tried that before but my best guess will be wrapping an unordered list, <ul></ul> in a <div> wrapper, and the wrapper is being position the same way as described in the post above. You’ll need to define the width and height of the wrapper too, I think.

Then for the unordered list, it depends on whether you want it vertical or not. If you want it vertical, just insert the links within the <li> tags and then use CSS to set the list-style property of the unordered list to ‘none’ (that prevents bullets from appearing), i.e.g ‘list-style: none;’ in CSS.

For horizontal lists it’s a little trickier. As far as I know, you might have to float the <li> elements with float: left or float: right and then clear the float after the end of the unordered list… it’s complicated, haha.
